FROM “R-5” Residential Single- Family District
TO “R-5 S” Residential Single-Family District with a Specific Use
Authorization for a Wireless Communications Facility within 200-feet of a Residential Structure at Colonial Hills United Methodist Church.
The current owner bought the property in the summer of 2011 and built the fence shortly thereafter. It did not follow City code. No one complained to the City about it, and the neighbor next door also has a 7-foot fence. Code Compliance staff noticed the violation for both properties and have cited both. The neighbor has not yet asked for a variance, but the owner of 11105 Vance Jackson has.
